"RS" Butterfly valves have been used since 1993 and possess many advantages over gate,globe,plug and ball valves in varity of installation,particularly in the larger sizes. Savings in weight,space and cost obvious advantages compared to the traditional Valves. Maintenance costs are low since there is minimum number of moving parts and there are no pockets to trap fluids. The control of Butterfl Valves is very easy and simple becauce a mere rotation of a qurter of the manoeuvering shaft is required to operate to it. Operation quick and easy because a 90-degree rotation of handle moves the flow control element from the fully closed to the fully opened position. |

Butterfly valves after satisfctory test results are throughly cleaned
and dried. They are painted after convering allmachined and other surfaces
which are not to be painted. |

Butterfly valves, before packing are properly cleaned. Rust preventive
color coat is applied on bare surfaces. Before packing valve is inspected
by inspector and packing note and guarantee card is issued. Then valve
is packed carefuly in rigid packing. |
