R-Square Forged Steel Valves are designed to provide minimum turbulence and resistance to flow when in fully open position. Further they are designed keeping in mind requirements of all measure standards like API 602, ANSI,ASME.
"R-Square" Forged Steel Valves are made from the components, which have gone through stringent quality control checking at every stage.
"R-Square"  Forged Steel Valves are made from the wedges & seat -rings which machined & lapped very precisely to get high class sealing.
"R-Square" Forged Steel Valves are thoroughly tested after assembly for repetition of operation, valve opening & closing, smoothness in movement of spindle, lift etc.
"R-Square" forged steel valves are available with Hard Facing (Hf) for Highly Corrosion & Corrosion resistant.
"R-Square" Forged steel valves can be used in high temp service and high pressure as per the ANSI B/634.
R-Square” Forge Steel Valves are available in three types, i.e. Gate, Globe & Check in all three configuration, i.e. Screwed, Socket & Buttweld.
